Just curious what the experts think this is worth, if anything. Its similar to the Stonehart which sells for ~75k. Thanks in advance!

Pretty worthless unfortunately except maybe to a collector.
There's a collectors healing ankh which is req 9 healing, 20/20 healing. You can get it for 5 dessicated hydra claws from the collector east of augury - and you can pick up the hydra claws on the way there. At one point I made a bunch of money farming the hydras and selling those ankhs as 1k a pop. Boring farming though, too easy
